After owning/operating the Mountain View Hotel on Maceday Lake, Waterford, Mi., she & sister, Mae & brother, William opened (7/3/1912) & operated the Deer Lake Inn for 15 years. They sold the building in 1925. They also ran the Caribou Inn on the northwest corner of W. Washington & N. Main St. for a time. Residence, 71 N. Main.
